Delivery Fees 🚚
Delivers across Malaysia! The shipping rates are as follows:
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM 6.00 for 1st 3 kg
- Sabah & Sarawak: RM 15 for 1st 0.5 kg
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM 200
For Malaysia orders, customs fees and import duties are included in the displayed prices. For more details, feel free to contact our Customer Service team.
Delivery charges may change accordingly quote from courier service without giving any notice. Final confirmed shipping cost will showed at the checkout page. Currently we using DHL for Peninsular parcels, and Poslaju for East Malaysia parcels.
After payment, we take 2 to 3 days processing time to prepare the parcel.
Delivery Fees to Singapore
Delivers across Singapore ! The shipping rates are as follows:
- 1st 1kg : RM 25
- When exceed 1 kg, for every subsequent : RM3 additional
Delivery charges may change accordingly quote from courier service without giving any notice. Final confirmed shipping cost will showed at the checkout page. Currently we using NINJAVAN for Singapore orders.
After payment, we take 2 to 3 days processing time to prepare the parcel.
Singapore customers do expect to receive the packages in 7-14 business days.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS & DUTIES?
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE, DELAYS OR COMPLIANCE. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE TO ENSURE THAT YOUR ORDER COMPLIES WITH LOCAL CUSTOMS REGULATIONS.

- Kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we don’t allow amendments after your order number is generated.
- Our courier service providers are DHL , Pos Laju and NINJA VAN
- We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. For university/college campus addresses, your orders can only be delivered to the administration office or mail room.

Delivery Time during CMCO period⏱
Kindly do expect delay on order processing & parcel deliveries during CMCO period. We try our best to prepare your orders and send them out as soon as we can. Parcels should be able to be delivered to West Malaysia customers in 7-9 business days.
Due to the reduction of flight frequency throughout CMCO period, East Malaysia customers do expect to receive the packages in 7-14 business days.
During Promotion Periods

During peak periods, we could not fulfil the flash delivery promise due to large volume of orders, transaction and availability issues. However fret not, customers can expect to receive their package within the promised delivery timeframe stated on their respective order summary/ order confirmation email.
